1. Reservations & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A valid ID proof is required at check-in for all guests.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings if fraudulent or incomplete information is provided.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may incur cancellation charges.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
3. Check-in / Check-out Policy
- Check-in time: 1:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully on hotel premises. Westend Hotel reserves the right to evict guests causing nuisance or damage.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Any injuries or accidents occurring due to negligence on the part of the guest
- Natural calamities or unforeseen events affecting your stay
6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any changes.
